Running – Jogging


Quick Intro

Jogging is running at a gentle pace with the main intention is to increase physical fitness with less stress on the body than from faster running. Jogging can be used as a basic general fitness training in itself or as preparational training for competetive running or preparational training for infact most other sports in general.
